Payment
We accept all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express - as well as Paypal. We offer Paypal Express Checkout on all orders.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Most items are in usually in stock but some will be printed to order. Please allow 5-10 business days for shipment. International orders can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks (not including Customs delays). If you have questions or need an item by a specific date, please contact us.
Shipping rates are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
International customers are responsible for any and all duties, taxes and surcharges imposed by the receiving country, city or local government and authorities. These include Customs fees and VAT taxes.
Returns Policy
Customer satisfaction is our main goal. You may return most new, clean, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, like item exchange, or store credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days.
